Offline first, not offline as a fallback
The till holds its own copy of the catalogue, prices and stock. Sales, printing and stock deduction all happen locally, so a lost connection changes nothing the cashier can see. When the line returns, the queued transactions sync to head office in order, and conflicts are resolved by rules you agree up front rather than by whichever terminal reconnects first.
Tested on your hardware, not a lab setup
We test against the actual scanners, printers, drawers and card terminals in your shop before launch day. Hardware is where most rollouts lose a week, and it is entirely avoidable.
