Taking on new projects now, with a start date this month

Custom software, ERP, POS and AI systems for US and European businesses

peek4tech builds the software your business runs on every day: ERP systems, POS systems, AI tools, custom websites and mobile apps, plus the SEO and ads that keep the work coming in. We work as a remote development team for companies across the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, on hours that overlap your working day. Fixed scope, fixed price, and the source code is yours at the end.

Free first call. Written plan before you commit. You own everything we build.

ERP & POS

ERP and POS software for the counter and the back office

Start with the two modules that hurt most. The data model is built for all of them from day one, so adding the rest later does not mean starting again.

8 modules
POS, works offline

Sells with no internet

Billing, printing and stock deduction all run on the machine in front of you. When the line comes back, every sale syncs to head office in the right order.

POS, hardware

Works with the counter you already have

We test against your real hardware while we build, not a lab setup, so opening day has no surprises.

Shifts, staff and stock loss

A login per cashier, shifts opened and closed with counted cash, discount limits by role, and a void log the owner can read from home.

Integrations

It has to talk to what you already use

An ERP that cannot reach your bank, your courier or your tax filing is just another typing job. We wire those connections while we build, not afterwards.

  • Payments and bankingCard terminals, bank statement import, matching payments to invoices.
  • Couriers and logisticsLabel printing, with tracking pushed back to the customer on its own.
  • Tax and complianceInvoice formats and exports that match US sales tax, UK VAT and EU VAT filing.
  • Tools you already runQuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business API.
Moving your data

Your history comes with you

Changing systems goes wrong when last year's data gets left behind. We move it, check it against your old totals, and run both systems side by side until the numbers agree.

  • Pull it out and clean itProducts, customers, suppliers and opening balances, with duplicates removed before import.
  • Check itNew totals matched line by line against your existing books.
  • Run bothTwo weeks on old and new together, so staff build confidence before the switch.
  • Train and hand overSessions for each role, plus written guides your team keeps.
AI

AI solutions that take real work off your team

We do not bolt a chatbot on and call it transformation. We find the job your staff repeat fifty times a day, and automate that one first.

4 patterns
Pattern 01

Answers from your own documents

Policies, manuals and past tickets become an assistant that shows the page it took the answer from.

Pattern 02

Reading paperwork for you

Invoices, delivery notes and ID cards photographed, then turned into proper records inside your ERP.

Pattern 03

Sorting the inbox

Email, WhatsApp and form messages sorted, tagged and sent to the right person, with a reply already drafted.

Pattern 04

Seeing demand early

Sales history turned into reorder suggestions, so you stop hearing about a stockout from a customer.

extract --batch invoices/
reading 42 files ... done
fields matched ... 38 of 42
low confidence ... 4 sent to a person
written to ERP ... 38 records
time ... 51s
$review --queue

Anything the model is unsure about goes to a person. Nothing quietly guesses its way into your accounts.

How we keep it honest

Rules we hold ourselves to on AI work

AI that quietly invents an answer costs more than the staff time it saved. Every build ships with these limits in place.

  • Answers with a sourceIf it cannot point at a document, it says it does not know.
  • Your data stays yoursNo training on your content, and setup options that keep the data in your own account.
  • A person on the risky pathAnything touching money, stock or a promise to a customer needs approval first.
  • Measured before rolloutAccuracy tested on a real sample of your documents, with the score shown to you.
SEO & Marketing

SEO services you can actually check

One report, once a month, in words you can read without a marketing degree. Below is the shape of it. Your own channels and numbers go in these slots.

What is in the work

The parts that move the number

No lock in contracts. If a channel is not earning its budget by month three, we say so and move the money.

  • Technical SEOSpeed, crawling, schema and internal links. The fixes nobody sees but Google counts.
  • Local SEOGoogle Business Profile, service area pages and reviews. The highest intent traffic there is.
  • ContentPages written for what your buyers actually type, not keyword soup.
  • Paid search and socialGoogle, Meta and TikTok with call tracking, so you know which click became a job.
Technology

Process

How we work with you

Four stages, each ending in something you can hold: a document, a link, a login. You always know what is coming next and what it costs.

Fixed scope, fixed price
1

Plan

A free call, then a written plan covering every screen, the data behind it, the integrations, the price and the delivery date. No hourly surprises later.

You receive
Written plan and fixed quote
2

Build

Two week sprints against that plan. A test link from week one, a short demo at the end of each sprint, and any change priced before we build it.

You receive
Test link and sprint demos
3

Launch

Going live, moving your data across, training staff by role, and handing you the full code. Two weeks of close support while your team settles in.

You receive
Live system, source code, guides
4

Support

A monthly plan with an agreed response time and a set number of change hours, or a clean handover if you would rather run it in house.

You receive
Support agreement and monthly report
Working together

Three ways to hire us

Every project is quoted after the first call. What changes below is the shape of the deal, not the quality of the work.

Quoted per project
Option 01

Fixed price project

For a set build: a website, a POS rollout, an ERP module, an AI assistant.

  • Written plan before any payment
  • One price and one delivery date
  • Billed at milestones, never by the hour
  • Source code handed over at launch
Usually takes
3 to 12 weeks
Option 02, most chosen

Monthly retainer

For systems that keep growing, and for marketing that needs steady hands.

  • Set hours each month, rolled into a plan
  • Agreed response time on faults
  • Hosting, backups and monitoring included
  • One monthly report, cancel any month
Usually takes
Ongoing, month to month
Option 03

Extra developers

For companies with their own product team who need trusted extra hands.

  • Developers working inside your setup
  • Your repo, your standups, your board
  • Overlapping hours agreed up front
  • Scale up or down with notice
Usually takes
3 months minimum
Industries

Industries we build software for

The pattern repeats on both sides of the Atlantic: paperwork that should be a database, and a website nobody can find. If your industry is not listed, the first call is still free.

Questions

Questions clients ask before signing

Straight answers. If something here worries you, raise it on the call. It is cheaper to sort out in a conversation than in month three.

7 answers
Q1 What does a custom software project cost?
It depends on scope, so we do not publish a price list that would be wrong for your business. What we do publish is the method. After a free call you get a written spec with a fixed price attached. If that price does not work, we cut the scope together until it does, before you pay anything.
Q2 Do I own the source code you write?
Yes. The full repository moves to your account at launch, along with the documentation and the deployment steps. You can hire anyone you like to carry the work on. Nothing is locked to us.
Q3 How long does an ERP or POS build take?
A single POS rollout usually takes 3 to 5 weeks including hardware testing and staff training. A first ERP phase of two or three modules is normally 6 to 10 weeks. Anything longer we split into phases, so you get working software before the whole thing is finished.
Q4 Can you take over software another company built?
Often yes. We start with a paid audit. We read the code, list what is worth keeping, and tell you honestly whether fixing it costs less than rebuilding it. Sometimes the answer is rebuild, and you get the reasoning either way.
Q5 What happens if we need changes during the build?
Small tweaks inside a sprint are normal and we absorb them. Anything that changes the agreed spec becomes a change request with its own price and time, which you approve before we build it. That is how a fixed price stays fair to both sides.
Q6 How do you work with clients in the US and Europe?
Remotely, on hours that overlap yours. Our team is based in Pakistan and we agree a daily overlap window with your working day at the start, so you are never waiting a full day for an answer. We invoice in USD, GBP or EUR, work to your contract or ours, and handle GDPR terms and data processing agreements where they apply. For on site work such as POS hardware setup we coordinate with a local partner in your country.
Q7 Why is there no client list on this page?
Most of our work is internal business software that clients would rather not advertise, and we will not publish invented logos or reviews to fill the gap. On the call we show you relevant work directly and, where the client agrees, put you in touch with a reference.
Next step

Send us the problem. We will send back a plan.

Tell us what is slowing the business down: a manual process, a website nobody finds, a shop still running on paper. You get a plan and a price within one business day. No obligation and no sales sequence.
