Websites and web apps built to load fast and be found

A website that takes four seconds to load on a phone has already lost most of the people who clicked. We build sites your team can edit, that pass Core Web Vitals, and that are structured so search engines can actually read them.

Free first call. Fixed price before you commit. Source code handed over at launch.

The problem

The three things that hold most business sites back

It is rarely the design. It is a page weighed down by plugins, content nobody can update without calling a developer, and markup that gives Google nothing to work with.

  • Slow on a mid range phone, which is what most visitors are using
  • Any change needs a developer, so the site goes stale
  • No structured data, so search engines guess at what the page is
  • Fails accessibility checks, which is a legal exposure in several markets
how we price it
free call ... 30 minutes
written plan ... within 48 hours
price ... fixed, not hourly
sprints ... 2 weeks each
source code ... yours at launch

If the price does not work we cut scope together until it does, before you pay anything.

Detail 01

What we build under this heading

Marketing sites

The site that has to rank and convert, built light and editable.

Customer portals

Logins where your customers see their orders, documents, invoices or tickets without emailing you.

Web applications

The tool your business runs on, in the browser, on any device.

Online stores

Checkout, payments and stock connected to the same back office as everything else.

Detail 02

Speed and accessibility are build decisions, not a later pass

Core Web Vitals are a ranking factor and accessibility is a legal requirement in more places every year. Both are far cheaper to build in than to retrofit, so they are part of the definition of done rather than a phase two.

Under two seconds

On a mid range phone on a normal connection, not on a developer laptop on fibre.

Editable by your team

Content changes without a developer, without the layout falling apart.

Structured data

Schema markup so search engines understand what each page is about.

Accessible

Keyboard navigation, correct headings, real contrast, tested rather than assumed.

By market

What changes depending on where you trade

The build is not the same in every market. Tax, accessibility law and data rules differ, and they change the design rather than just the paperwork. Here is what shifts.

3 markets
US

For businesses in the United States

ADA accessibility lawsuits over inaccessible websites have become common, and they target ordinary businesses rather than only large ones. Building to WCAG from the start is the cheapest insurance available.

  • WCAG 2.2 AA as the build standard, tested before launch
  • Sales tax handled correctly at checkout for stores
  • CCPA compliant cookie and privacy handling
  • Hosting in US regions for latency and for procurement teams that ask

UK

For businesses in the United Kingdom

UK buyers expect the small details to be right: addresses that validate against a postcode, prices that include VAT where the law requires it, and cookie consent that actually blocks before consent.

  • Postcode lookup and address validation at checkout and signup
  • VAT inclusive pricing displayed the way UK consumer law expects
  • PECR compliant cookie consent that blocks scripts until accepted
  • Integration with Royal Mail, DPD and Evri for shipping

EU

For businesses in Europe

Selling into Europe means real consent, not a banner that sets cookies before anyone clicks, and it increasingly means meeting the accessibility standard that the European Accessibility Act now requires.

  • GDPR consent that genuinely blocks tracking until accepted
  • European Accessibility Act conformance for consumer facing services
  • Multi language and multi currency built in, not bolted on
  • EU hosting with a data processing agreement in place

Questions

Questions we get asked about this

3 answers
Q1 Will we be able to edit the site ourselves?
Yes. That is a build requirement, not a nice to have. Your team edits content without a developer and without being able to break the layout by accident.
Q2 Do you work with WordPress, or something else?
Both. WordPress when the priority is your team editing content easily. A modern framework when the priority is a fast application. We recommend based on what you need to do with it, not on what we prefer to write.
Q3 Can you rebuild our existing site without losing rankings?
Yes, and this is where rebuilds usually go wrong. We map every existing URL, redirect it properly, keep the content that already ranks, and monitor Search Console afterwards to catch anything that slips.

A written plan with every screen mapped, a fixed price and a delivery date. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
